Background

With a lifelong passion for creativity, I pursued my interest by studying marketing
in college, envisioning a career that would be both hands-on and highly creative.
After graduating, I delved into the dynamic world of the music industry, gaining
valuable experience while working for various record labels and publishing
companies. Here, I honed my skills and expanded my talents, ultimately
transitioning into a role as an executive assistant, where I continue to apply my
creative mindset and marketing expertise to excel in a fast-paced and innovative
professional environment.

Experience as an EA

With over 15 years of experience as a C-Suite executive assistant, I have established myself as a proficient liaison between upper-level management and various stakeholders, including vendors, staff members, and departments.
Throughout my career, I have provided executive support across a diverse range of industries, including entertainment, fashion, beauty, banking, and technology, where I have consistently demonstrated a keen focus on organization, attention to detail, and the seamless management of business office functions.
In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of essential business processes and successful project deliverables, all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy when handling sensitive issues and procedures. My duties encompass a wide array of tasks, including providing comprehensive executive support to my department, managing complex meeting schedules, preparing impactful presentations, overseeing the onboarding and off-boarding of employees, administering department budgets, and diligently handling expense reports. Additionally, I excel in coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements and readily take on ad-hoc projects related to administrative duties.
Throughout my career, I have thrived on diverse challenges and have consistently delivered exceptional support to C-Suite executives, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organizations I have served.

Experience as a Notary

In August of 2020, I was commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of New
Jersey, allowing me to notarize a wide range of general documents including
Wills, Power of Attorney forms, court documents, affidavits, and more. Building
on this foundation, I obtained certification as a loan signing agent, enabling me to
notarize specialized loan documents such as title/lender packages, deeds,
mortgages, and compliance agreements. Additionally, I became a Remote Online
Notary (RON), expanding my reach to take remote appointments with signers
located in different states. With these qualifications, I am well-equipped to
provide notary services for a diverse array of document needs.

Experience as an Owner/CEO

In 2020, I founded a notary and administrative service firm to leverage my
expertise as a notary public, certified loan signing agent, and Remote Online
Notary (RON). Through my firm, I provide independent mobile notary services
and RON services, offering convenience and flexibility to clients in need of
remote notarization. Additionally, I specialize in providing administrative services
to businesses and corporations, securing and managing administrative projects
on a retainable basis. By combining my notary skills with administrative
expertise, I am committed to delivering comprehensive and professional services
to meet the diverse needs of my clients.
